Privacy policy

Effective September 27, 2026. This policy covers RV Checklist by Chaoyi Fan and this support website.

Your checklists stay with you

The app stores checklist names, steps, optional groups, and the most recent run for each list in local device storage. It does not upload those records to the developer. The app has no account system, advertisements, analytics service, tracking SDK, or in-app purchase system.

Files and backups

You choose individual text, CSV or JSON files using the system document picker. Imports are processed locally. Exporting creates a file and opens the system share sheet. If you choose Files, iCloud Drive, email, or another destination, that service handles the exported information under its own privacy policy. Temporary import/export files in the app cache are removed after the operation.

Apple device backups may include app data according to your device and iCloud settings. The app does not provide its own cloud synchronization.

Deletion and retention

Records stay on the device until you delete them. Delete a checklist in its editor to remove it and its saved run. Deleting the app removes its local data. Exported files, copies you sent elsewhere, and device backups are not removed by deleting a list or the app; manage them in the destination service or device settings.

Support requests

If you email support, we receive your email address, message and any attachments you choose to send. We use them to respond and resolve the request. Do not send sensitive records that are unnecessary for support. You may request deletion of support correspondence by contacting us, subject to any legal retention requirements.

App Store and this website

Apple handles App Store purchases and related account information under Apple's privacy policy. This support site is hosted on Cloudflare. Cloudflare may process connection information, including IP addresses and request logs, to deliver and secure the site. We do not add analytics, advertising scripts, or tracking cookies to this site.

Children and changes

This is a general-purpose personal organizer and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect children's personal information through the app. If handling changes, we will update this policy and its effective date.
